Or soft phone with a smart phone? In the Windows realm I like the Plantronics Blackwire series, although GN/Jabra, Logitech and Creative all have decent offerings. I prefer USB headsets that isolate the analog audio from the internals of the PC.

Takamura @electronicbox.net	Does the OS make a big difference? It's purely soft phone and PC. I am using Windows 7 as of now, but I do have another box running ubuntu for testing purposes.
