Re: [game] Double Lynch Mafia

Also 47 has been offline for over 2 hours. No matter what happens, I would require a final vote count from him. Even if it's after the lynch. I'd want the last one he received. In detail.

I would be too, if I cared about the Lions any more this year. Fortunately, I officially gave up on them last week. Waiting patiently for next year.

American Football. You and your 'no hands' football will never understand.

Why are only 3 people voting Gogg when he is the 2nd governor in this game? When 47 gets back on, whether gogg's lynched yet or not, I want to know who voted him and who voted for others.

Now that I'm looking at this game a little more closely, 47 is also a perfect mafia role. Why is he not questioning some of the vote switches that surely would have happened under his nose? Is the mafia being that careful? Their votes are being watched both in the Night and in the Day? This is something I want to explore tomorrow in further detail. For now I'm content with lynching Gogg, and getting the final vote count from 47, names and all.

The lights went out and there was a loud bang. When the lights came back on, Brom was on the floor, dead in a pool of blood with a bullet in his brain. A sad ending to his promising political career.

Lieutenant Governor - Brom
You can save a player from being lynched once in the game. You win with the town.

said by Goggalor:

Good God, you guys are Sulky Sallies today. Here is the actual role paraphrased from Modem:

Defense Attorney - Goggalor
As long as you are alive, the day lynch is prevented, but not the night lynch. You win with the town.

Brom was able to save a single player from a lynch, which he could use at any time, whereas mine prevents all day lynches. Not the same powers, folks. I apologize that I cannot turn my power off, but it is what it is, which is that it restricts mafia to only kill off us townies during the night. However, with 47 being able to count night votes, and from whom, along with PM being able to switch a person's vote, mafia are having a damn hard time with night, too.

How many votes are needed to lynch?

Someone who has claimed vanilla townie. Three vanillas is just too improbable, even though this is a Modem game...

Also, Jobbie is not off the hook as it is not confirmed one way or another that he is beloved or not. Modem likes to play mind games, which his mention of L--1 makes me think he is effing with us.

We got Jobbie to L-0. He didn't die. The vote pulled back. It's definitely a beloved role.

So Men didn't die because of you. That's a given. Are you saying you only save Town from being lynched? That's too OP. I don't buy it. Lynching you will give us the info we need to move forward.

If others disagree and want to lynch me or Antony, so be it. I'm sticking with you.

Not just town, no; the day lynch is totally prevented, for good or ill.

So basically, in a game that's apparently designed to go on forever with nothing happening, your sole reason for living is to make it worse?

You mean the origin of using your feet to kick a ball that's found in history as early as year 400 BC?

No, the origin of american football, which started off as a form of rugby. The ball was originally kicked, or run only, before the installation of the line of scrimmage, downs, and eventually the forward pass. There is a valid reason it was named football; the nature of the sport simply evolved over time to relying less on the foot as an integral part of the game.

So we should get up to date and relevant with modern times and just rename it Handegg.
