Installing Card Reader

I bought a card reader and I want to install it but i'm not sure about the power connector. I am putting up two pictures. 1st question is in the one picture, is that a power connector or jumper pins, it looks like it says USB.
Second question is:
If that is the right connector, do I plug into the 5 pin or the 4 pin as the plug has 4 wires and one empty port and does it matter whitch way it plugs in.
Any help would be great. Oh. And yeah, its a bit dusty.

Yes, that is the right spot, and you can use either set of pins. The 5th pin on the top row is just a guide pin. (a normal 2 port USB connector would have a pin missing from the bottom row, ensuring you line it up right)
In your picture, pin 1 is on the left. You want the black wire of the connector on pin 4, with the red on pin 1.

And before doing anything, dust off that area of the motherboard. That connector block is horribly dirty; don't risk using it when it's that dirty.
