Ottawa, ON | for the Cisco and SMC3DGN when it goes blue it does mean multi-channel is enabled. you can also login into your modem and look at the cable status and i t should show multiple channels. |

Only the SMC has blue LED indicators. The Cisco modem requires you to login to the web interface to see if channel bonding has been enabled in your area. |

| no, the Cisco one that Rogers provides goes blue for multi channel. I know this because a few months ago in Ottawa when multi-channel upstream started getting activated, my US light on my Cisco modem turned blue and sure enough after checking the web interface it showed it had multi-channel.
The Thomson 476 modem which TPIAs mostly ship out also does the same thing. |

my CISCO DPC8325 won't turn Blue, All the lights are always Green. It has multi channels since I'm having Ultimate package. |
