Hello,
I am using the FIOS iPad app and cannot seem to get it to work. Every time I pull up a live stream, I receive Error 9.

I am using the Verizon supplied router along with my Linksys EA 4200 v2. The wireless on the FIOS router is disabled. If there any way to get the app to work while using my EA 4200 or do I have to use Verizon's router?
