lol this made it on the front page of /r/canada. Let's all complain about non-enforced caps!

Move to Ontario if you really want something to complain about... 2 years ago Rogers increased the price of the Ulta Lite package by $10, then decreased usage 97% from 60GB to 2GB. 2 GB!!!!!! And those are enforced caps, $5/GB up to $50. Real people are paying that.
