They don't enforce either.
I agree its idiotic. They put caps and overage fees on their website (which probably drives uneducated users to the competition) but in practice they are unlimited (as they don't enforce). I think they'd better off going unlimited and advertise the hell out of it. It would give them a leg up on Shaw. |
