Does anyone who live around St. Louis restaurant near Yonge St. and Finch St. experiences Packet loss with huge jitter with their DSL service?

Ping statistics for XXXXXXX:
Packets: Sent = 100, Received = 94, Lost = 6 (6% loss),
Approximate round trip times in milli-seconds:
Minimum = 6ms, Maximum = 10ms, Average = 7ms

I tested using Test@Test, seems to be fine.

I've tried to exchange my modem = no fix.

Bell tech came, but didnt solve any problems.

Now i strongly believe this is similar to what other users have expreinced back in 2010 -> »Anyone experiencing high packet loss?

Anyone who lives around my area also experiences packet loss? :(
