[INTERNET] internet usage tracker not working.

Just want to let you guys know that the Internet usage tracker is not working, according to it I used 0.00 MB on December 3rd which I know is not true it should read about 2048 MB or more.
If streaming an one hour TV HD show using Shaw Direct On Demand uses 0 MB than that is awesome!

Can you check now and see if it's showing bandwidth usage. I just checked mine and it's showing up.

Still not working. Only thing showing up is December 1 and 2. 3 and 4 are showing nothing for up and down.

Just checked mine and I see the usage up until the 5th. I'm in the Falls and it seems to be working fine.

and its still not working. Could it be my web browser, Firefox?
I use Firefox on xubuntu and Windows 7.

You mean the meter is operating, working is another issue all together.

We got the modem swapped on Sunday, December 2.
Oh ok, I think you might be on to something. Maybe its not registering.

I can't go to the modem and look at the sticker because it's in my brothers room and he is still sleeping. Could I get the MAC address from my.cogeco.ca under my devices or the IP address of the modem?

If you log into your My Account and go to the Internet Usage page, you should see the MAC address as a clickable link.

I found out the problem. The listed MAC address on the Internet Usage page is still the MAC address of the old modem. I sent you a PM of the new modem's MAC address.

I cant access the meter at all. It shows up blank with no record of my account in the drop down menu. I can still access most of the other parts of the portal though.
