Dual Pol Antenna integration with Single pole radio

Hi Everybody,

I have a single pol waveip radios WA3000 and I have integrated this with Dual pol parabolic antenna(32dBi). During the test at LAB, its performance was good , achieved real throughput(60Mbps) it supposed to provide. However deploying at the site , approx 30km, I am not able to get throughput more than 3Mbps.Signal levels and link were tuned properly.

Is it happened due to dual pol antenna, I am quiet confused.
Ideas regarding this will be highly appreciated.

Are you feeding both ports of the dual-polarity antenna? If so, that will cut your EIRP (per polarity) in half.

Use a Ubiquiti dual-polarity Rocket.

No, Not feeding both pol from antenna , in fact , I sealed one and used another only.

May be a simple alignment problem, OR you may be using the wrong polarity.

It has been carried out exchanging polarity and reflectors were properly tuned as well with optimum signal strength.

Thanks WHT for your advice. Hope we could better check this out at other site as the current site is located at very remote area.
