**UPDATE** There is both routing and DHCP outages confirmed in Ottawa on the St.Laurent POI. Sorry for any inconvenience.

I'm on the Richmond/Fallowfield POI. Have been experiencing intermittent connectivity for the last 2 days. Any chance this POI is affected as well?
