<description><![CDATA[jdontz posted : Very sad indeed.  CharterSteve helped me out on a problem I had just two days ago.  I have a lot of confidence in the Direct forum agent's abilities over the phone techs.  When the tech came to my house I knew what the problem was before he even stepped foot into the house.  Bad move on Charter's part.  Companies are expanding staff into social media, however I understand that it is difficult to calculate an ROI for offering the service.  ]]></description>
