| OUTAGE- Who is out of service in Sacramento???? The CSRs are telling me there is an outage in my area (Sacramento, just off highway 5 and Seamas avenue). I've been given 3 different etrs, all have passed and I've been down 4 days. The seconds told me there was a dslam outage in Laredo impacting me. Huh. I don't feel like they have any clue after that and the outage ETR keeps changing. They also told me I can't escalate. Anyone else down? Are they full of it? I have 4 happy green lights on my speed stream 4100 Siemens, but no activity light. |
