[Speed] 20/4 Performance tier?

looking at »Comcast High Speed Internet FAQ »What are the actual Provisioned Speeds? indicates 20/4(22000/4400) for the performance tier in D3 areas but i don't have that. i'm still on 15/2(16500/2200). the website indicates blast 50/10 and extreme 105/20 are available. does anyone actually have this or is the FAQ just incorrect?

Speeds vary by region. The FAQ mentions that some speeds are in "Select Areas."

The 20/4 which is really 25/4 is during Powerboost. After powerboost it goes to your reported speeds.

In this area, Performance tier speeds are currently 16/2 sustained and 25/4 with PowerBoost.

EDIT: FYI - Here are my ShaperProbe (»www.cc.gatech.edu/~partha/diffprobe) results from early this morning:

Estimating capacity: [PowerBoost affected]
Upstream: 4199 Kbps.
Downstream: 25560 Kbps.

Checking for traffic shapers:

Upstream: Burst size: 4584-4659 KB;
Shaping rate: 2128 Kbps.

Downstream: Burst size: 9525-10040 KB;
Shaping rate: 15978 Kbps.
