Looks sexy. I recently posted to this forum a Tom's Hardware article on your CPU--give it a look. It seems that to attain any meaningful overclock, you need to use either very serious air cooling (the giant Noctua or Prolimatech tower coolers with excellent fans) or watercooling.

Since you have the best closed-loop setup (H100 with push/pull) short of a full-on DIY watercool setup, I am wondering how your CPU behaves on OC. With that mobo and cooler, it would be a crime not to OC.

I might not have gone with that CPU in my own build, but you definitely built the rig around maximizing its potential and at least matching the performance of the i5-3570k.

I'm assuming you didn't replace your graphics cards, as they are a little underpowered compared to the rest of the rig. Now is a good time to pick up a pair of Radeon 7950s, or perhaps wait a couple months for the Radeon HD 8000 series to drop.

You could have gotten away with a slightly smaller PSU, but with all the peripherals, possible OCing, Crossfire GPUs, and possible GPU upgrade in the near future, I would not go smaller than 700-750w. 1000w is definitely on the large end of things, unless you are preparing to go Crossfire on some 7970s... buy YMMV and people tend to have strongly-held opinions about their PSU size choice. Is the one you got at least silver/gold rated?

How do you like the Fatal1ty sound card? It's been bashed by reviews when used for other than gaming (watching movies, listening to music) and seems to be very narrowly tailored towards maximizing the professional gaming experience (esp. FPS MP matches) at all costs. What's your opinion on it?

If we lose this freedom of ours, history will record with the greatest astonishment, those who had the most to lose, did the least to prevent its happening.
