Pizza is different from most fast food, because someone actually has to cook it. So the quality will differ greatly based on who's cooking that day.

they don't have to cook it. they take the frozen pre-formed dough out of the bag, slop on some sauce, toss on some meat and cheese and put it in an one of those ovens with a conveyor belt that spits it out the other end when it's done. requires zero skill or knowledge of actual cooking.
