I can't go to the modem and look at the sticker because it's in my brothers room and he is still sleeping. Could I get the MAC address from my.cogeco.ca under my devices or the IP address of the modem?
If you log into your My Account and go to the Internet Usage page, you should see the MAC address as a clickable link.
I found out the problem. The listed MAC address on the Internet Usage page is still the MAC address of the old modem. I sent you a PM of the new modem's MAC address.
