ok, I have tried the latest drivers and for some reason it's always at "code 10" can't start.

Tried the one from intel.com-- still code 10
tried the one from the lenovo site- still code 10
tried a prior one from driveragent.com -still code 10

32 bit windows not 64 bit.

Have you tried turning this feature off to see if the problem still exists?

If none of this works, consult the computers support team and if it is under warranty, it is their job to fix it and we would possibly not do you any favors with advice here and void the warranty.

I've not used this technology so bare with me.
It is not required for the machine to function, it is an added feature to speed up start up of the computer.

1. Does bios show you can turn it on/off - wondering if the module maybe failing?
2. In device manager can you uninstall it and allow it to be re-installed?
3. Have you tried a RAM (memory module tester) such a DBAN?
Not sure if this program will detect it.
4. Maybe pulling it out, cleaning the connections and re-seating the module?

These are some of the things I'd look at to try and understand what is going on. If it easily accessible via a hatch, try point 4 first.

There is also this Intel link for support on the part.
