I'm still rockin' along with just Usenet. It really depends on what you like download and your set up (e.g. how quickly you can get it).

+1. Usenet and Private Trackers (with limited users and stiff signup rules) are probably your best bet |

There are a few usenet companies that offer both usenet access and vpn in one low-cost package, such as ngroups.

There might also be VPNs that offer free usenet. I used a VPN service that offered unlimited usenet access (News-service.com) but left when the usenet part was dropped. (the VPN was worth it just for the usenet access alone, and posting they claimed was anonymous) There might be others around. |
