Re: Another Apology email I guess that it's okay as long as there are no problems with your services, or if there are, you can get an answer here. Otherwise, it's just a long wait.
What I don't get is "outside of our direct control." Why couldn't they possibly have control over what they're doing? It's like when a child does something wrong - really wrong - and then they say, "but... it's not my fault."
I also don't think that the second email was a good one or necessarily a good idea in general, especially one that basically has little hope for improvement. -- My father always said, " There's a distinct difference between actually knowing it all and being a know-it-all." |
