Unfortunately I haven't been to test this yet and I haven't heard back from Time Warner after a week. It's very unfortunate that I will probably not be able to add services simply because they have this location entered in the the computer as a hospitality account and not bulk.

What's really strange is I may be able to add the same services from another company. Their engineers are checking on that now.

I have another home in the same city and if I were to get additional TW boxes for the second home could I bring them over and get the additional channels at the resort? Both would have TW but the resort home only has basic cable coming through. Would the boxes from the other house allow me to get the expanded coverage?
