The Cisco doc's say it does do QoS based on port usage - but I can't find any specifics.

I have a D-Link 5 port Gig-e switch in my office, LAN and power cables are on the same side; works very well, and was cheap (I think 40-50 bucks last year?) - I'd buy another one, if I needed it. No QoS - just a plain, boring, unmanaged switch...
