Even if you find an ethernet switch that does QoS, it probably won't do what yours is doing. Unless you are trying to undo the QoS that happen to be on the packets already!?

Also, managed or unmanged switch aside, there are standard layer 2 QOS mechanisms, like 802.1P and 802.1Q, so
there technically isn't really a switch that doesn't do QOS.

I'm also curious what sort of troubleshooting (if any) that lead you to the conclusion port 1 got all the bandwidth
and port 5 did not.

All the managed ones QoS is an option on each port.

Yours must be an exception.

The only ethernet hub you find will probably be an old 10mbit one. Everythin is switches these days.

On the other hand there are Ethernet hub that don't prioritize the bandwidth or use QoS at all.
