Oh, exactly right....
....but litigation has always been part of the cost of business.
The problem with Vonage is listing it as a separate fee, thus allowing them to advertise a lower base price for the phone service.
Imagine if the car companies did this.
Yes, they add on all SORTS of extra fees when you buy a car, but imagine if you were buying a car for $ 20,000.00 and they said "fork over [another] $ 2,500.00 for our legal costs and R&D". |
