<description><![CDATA[Jeffrez posted : Since I normally have zero windstream.net I tend to get excited when it works at all! Today I did a test of what's deemed the best time of day to use WS here in Jefferson. Yeah It sucked but a grade D, on the better time of day???? Slower than 76% of America?<br>Can you imagine the grade I would get if I could test it during the truly used times? <br><br>How much longer can they promise us help and not deliver?]]></description>
