[TWC] Signal Levels on Ubee Modem

It's been quite a while sine I understood power levels, etc. when relating to cable modems. I've had some issues with my internet connection during the past few weeks and I feel that there might be some sort of issue pointing toward my line quality. I get frequent hangs when requesting pages, disconnects, failure to connect via the modem to the WAN, etc. When I do speed tests, they start off well but usually are unable to finish because I loose connection.

To make a long story short, here are my levels.

This might be important to include as well.

Hmmm... I am a new customer to TWC Internet and TV, and have a Ubee cable modem. All looks fine; however, how can I get the kind of technical results as shown above? Is there a Ubee modem diagnostic capability or some other way to access and get this data? Thanks........

Or am I way off base even asking about this??

You are getting some high levels of packet loss you might want to call in and have a tech go out to your house and see whats going on. The high amount of uncorrectable code words are causing the drops. Signal wise you are doing good.
