[Voip.ms] Don't hear the first 1 or 2 words of a call I dialed
It only happens sometimes, but I won't get the first half second or so of a receiver's voice when I dial their number. I believe the problem is at voip.ms's end though it could be my PAP2T settings. Any help?
Related: I would like to get the click sound that tells you the dialed number has gone through. You heard it with POTS phones though I don't know if all companies provide this feature.

I have the same problem on occasion. At some point it could even be 4-5 seconds, but that particular one hasn't happened in a while. Never found a solution. A number of people have been reporting the same problem over at Digitalhome.ca (VoIP Providers forum).
