/64 (soon to be /56, NetDog - more VLANs equals more traffic )
Not sure about v4, everything is on-net (routed to vlan). I've been given a paper w/ just one address. It's inside a /29 so in theory I could arp the other 5. Looking at the traffic on the wan int, I'm the only customer on that VLAN so who knows.
Maybe it's a dedicated VLAN to just me and I can use the entire /29 but doubtful.
Then again, who cares about v4. :P
