I am wondering if the X1 box is available in the Springfield, MA area yet. I would like to get it.
They say its available in the Boston market on Internet searches but I'd like to know if Springfield is considered a part of the Boston market area. I know many other companies (most notably AT&T wireless) consider this area to be the Boston market.
reply to IowaCowboy We have them in our homes now testing them. I'm in a SA market. From what we've been told only new triple play customers will be getting them right off the bat. I think it depends on how the testing goes & how many the warehouse can get in. The previous launch date was nov 26 th but is in a holding pattern. I personally like the new DVR. Only gripe I have so far is there isn't a input option on new remote to change tv inputs anymore. Definitely a long awaited improvement on the other DVR's.
