Re: Teksavvy is doing nothing to help I apologize, but it is an issue that has been going on for most of the year since the service change back in January or February. That is a long time to have no fix. Before the service change, the internet was stable, and I had no problems with it whatsoever.
I did hear that they called the house, so there is finally work being done. Hopefully this will be solved soon.
