Hey Captokita,

Have you verified on your clients laptop they have the DirectX 9 runtimes installed just for the sake of it.

Even though it comes with DirectX 11 as you've mentioned. A lot of the version 9 dll's are missing.

Microsoft DirectX® End-User Runtime provides updates to 9.0c and previous versions of DirectX
