Yeah, that's all it should really. I can get to it from home (Comcast residential cable modem) just fine. At a local business I'm on pretty good terms with, the site has been unreachable since Tuesday. They have a Comcast business class cable modem.
The server is with Softlayer, who peers directly with Comcast. Traceroutes from the server to the business IP show that Comcast is dropping packets right before they can reach the IP. Traceroutes from the business to the server show the opposite - Softlayer is dropping packets right before they reach my server.
