 | [Cable] High ping I am just wondering why this is.

It's been like this for at least this past week. Power-cycling does not help.

 | Higher-than-usual latency can be caused by a variety of factors.
Have you tested with one computer connected straight to your Cable modem, bypassing your router [& other network equipment, if applicable]? If so, tried with a different computer (if you have more than one)?
If not, that would probably be the very first thing TekSavvy asks you to try as a troubleshooting step. Checking your network cables for any physical issues (loose connectors, frayed wiring, etc.) will probably be another. This is to rule out possible internal causes.
You only showed the results of a ping test. How's your actual throughput? Are your speeds okay? |

I am the op.
The main problem is that even in the supposed non-peak usage hours, early-mid afternoon or some time in the early morning 3-5AM the ping is still unbearable.
I just took a pingtest. »www.pingtest.net/result/73674349.png
Which is great compare to the ones I took earlier in early morning around 1-2AM. |
