Also Cablevision doesn't use Samsung DVRs unless it's the web based DVR+. Regardless, you should call since like others have said, it could be some form of infrastructure issue. |

| You'll want to let them know if you can access the DVR+ menu, can play back any recordings, and the error you get on playback. If it was an issue with an individual recording, for example, you would be able to play back some other ones but not the one. |
