Re: What happend to 2.88MB Floppy Disk's My computer doesn't have an internal 1.44MB floppy disk drive. However, I have an external USB drive in case I need it for some reason. It sees little to no use... but it's nice to have and easy to move around. The last computer I have that's still in use that actually has one built in is my Pentium 4 IBM ThinkCentre. If it were to break down, no biggie... I have like 10 spares sitting in a drawer.
