not ebox's fault if you do check your stuff...

I would have to disagree with you on this, how can you blame ebox for you not checking your stats and if you did not know how why did you not call them they would have gladly showed you how to check it.


More importantly, it is a customer's responsibility to know beforehand what are the terms of what you use. Ebox is not to blame in this because you failed to check your bandwidth accordingly. Granted, you didn't have your VL # (assuming you're using cable here). However, you should've called them about it and they would have helped you getting your VL # (like i did and i had my bandwidth 2 days after i signed up!).
