[TWC] packet loss 50% TWC zip 11215 model SBG6580

They've sent 4 different techs. Nobody can tell me why I'm getting 50% packet loss upstream.

I own my modem SBG6580. They refuse to setup a test modem to prove that my modem is the problem.

What can be done in these circumstances?
