| distributel Horrible service with Distributel. Half the time our phone and internet were down and the phone would cut out during calls. Cancelled the service, sent the equipment back and then a couple of weeks later, they tried to take a "Non return of equipment" fee of $226.00 from my account. When I spoke to customer service, they said there was nothing to be done about the nsf fee and would not provide me with a letter of apology. Their excuse was that the billing cycle is done every month and they can't modify it. Beware when using Distributel, particularly when cancelling services... |
