Horrible service with Distributel. Half the time our phone and internet were down and the phone would cut out during calls. Cancelled the service, sent the equipment back and then a couple of weeks later, they tried to take a "Non return of equipment" fee of $226.00 from my account. When I spoke to customer service, they said there was nothing to be done about the nsf fee and would not provide me with a letter of apology. Their excuse was that the billing cycle is done every month and they can't modify it. Beware when using Distributel, particularly when cancelling services...
