Did the same to me today. Started with email 12 + 6 but after logging in later got the 12 + 12 deal.
I am at my 45 day mark also.
Same thing here. 90 days is 12+6, 45 days is 12+12. I'm now in until 3/15. I'm at 7 years of being a customer and this deal will bring me up to 9. It just quietly keeps working for me.
