Script to copy project from VMware machine

I'm building some project within VM and need to copy result of the builds to the host computer. Not all files should be copied. E.g. *.exp *.pdb and *.lib should be filtered out. All others should be copied keeping nested folder structures inside.

At this moment I do it manually:
1. Using Windows Explorer copy build folder into, let say \\vmware-host\Shared Folders\Share\Dev\Release folder
2. In host computer I run BAT file that removes *.exp *.pdb and *.lib from the Release folder. This step frees about 50MiB of files...

How to make a script that will copy all files from VM to host, except mentioned above?

Challenge: BAT doesn't know notion of network shares... So I guess it should be/could be a *.js or *.vb script.

Keep it simple, it'll become complex by itself...
