[LA] Disconnect Problems Cox customer in Kenner, LA having problems with multiple disconnects a day for the past several weeks. At least six different technicians have been out checking both inside and outside wiring yet problems persist. I've been with Cox for about 15 years now and this is the most problems I've ever had with the service. I would like to avoid switching providers. Anyone have any suggestions as to who I should contact?
