Same here, it looks like they are down, when I call them the machine just tells me to go fug myself...that may not be word for word.
I just hope they are going to make it up to us by speeding up the internet again.
They are making it VERY hard to love them!!!

Yes, it's down in Ottawa as well as Richmond Hill, just got off a call from support. Nothing he could do and hopefully it'll be fix by tomorrow.

It's weird, I'm getting ip 198.91.162.x from my router and my desktop but no access to the net. However, my laptop would get a completely different ip subnet and have access.
