Theres some people on here who can do a line qualifier test for you, if you dont want to call in. They usually only respond during business hours though - I'm not sure if online chat techs have the tools to do it... but I imagine they would (I hear most techs / CSRs dont know what a qualifier test is though...)
I suggest waiting for one of the Telus CSR's to respond here. They can check your information / see if your line is capable of 25M. |
