No Ethernet on Motorola 3360
I can't direct connect to my motorola 3360. The ethernet light is off.
I tried 3 network cables and two computers, but the ethernet light stays off, and the computers can't connect to the modem.
Thank you for your time.

You can try holding the reset button in for 30 seconds. It may be in bridged mode.
That's what I had to do with mine to get it out of bridged mode. Then you have to log in it with your primary email and your network password provided by AT&T.

If it still doesn't light the Ethernet port, you could try a different one. (check your local wal-mart as I have been seeing the 3360 self install kits appear there). If that doesn't yeild to the problem you might have something else going on Ethernet wise that will or is making both modems unhappy.

Thank you everyone for the advice.
I gave up, and went cable. Half the price of AT&T DSL, and 6x faster.
