Yes, it's down in Ottawa as well as Richmond Hill, just got off a call from support. Nothing he could do and hopefully it'll be fix by tomorrow.
It's weird, I'm getting ip 198.91.162.x from my router and my desktop but no access to the net. However, my laptop would get a completely different ip subnet and have access.
