Price Gurantee on Magic Jack

Is there a way to get together and file a class action lawsuit against magic jack for illegal practice. When I bought the device I was told it would be 19.95 per year and then it jumped 30% now 29.95. I culd not find a customer service number and when i asked for one they refused to give me one via chat from phillipines calims to be in w palm beach.

It is like fraud.

Waste of time. Not going to defend MJ but can you provide concrete evidence that they would never increase the fee?

Even if you won a class action the lawyers would reap a nice fortune leaving the class a pittance.
