Eaton Rapids, MI | profile change I have been on the 19200 profile since install. Our modem was changed to the 3100 and the max rate went from 36000 to 42000,I would like to try and upgrade to the 25000 profile to get the 3rd HD channel. This seems to be a problem for T. Has anyone else had any luck trying to get this done? A tech was here last week and said the signal was plenty strong enough but he didn't know how to go about it. |

| You are lucky that tech just left everything alone, he was a moron.
Call Tier2 at 866-329-2662 and have you billing account number (BAN) ready. T2 can do this in a matter of 10 min if all orders are flowing. If it has too high of a line capacity they can just reverse the process. |

| Uverse uses the 3801, 3800 or 3600. Was T2 able to change the profile for you? |
