If it's encrypted, your TV just won't get it without a box or CableCARD. If this was done by mistake (not likely) only the headend techs can get it fixed.

If it's missing the PSIP data, it may be on a different channel on your TV. This is possible during some changes in the headend, again only the headend techs can get it fixed.

If it's blocked by a basic only channel filter, the filter may be old, obsolete, and need replacement or removal entirely. A tech sent to your home has to fix it.

If it's a RF signal issue, it's possibly damaged cable, bad splitters, loose connectors, or other things in the home causing problems. You might be able to fix it just be checking through your wiring and making sure your connectors aren't loose. You can try your TV on the same outlet as your Moxi to help troubleshoot.

Call Charter and let them know. They may send a tech out to get a better handle on the problem, check for filters, damaged cables, and proper signal levels.

About a week ago I stopped getting audio/video on channel 27-1 - local ABC, station ID is WKOW. I rescanned channels - nothing changed. When I switch to this channel, it show only station name, no video/audio.
At the same time I'm able to watch and record this channel on Moxi device.
So what's going on? My TV start dying?
