billing and service dateHi,
As a new customer I received my first phone statement from Teksavvy. Under the column of Service the date is 5 or 6 days prior to beginning of actual service date and it's exactly as the payment due date! I was wondering why Teksavvy doesn't indicate exactly the period of the service (e.g. Nov 15-Dec 14) under the Service column instead of using due date as the Service date? It's confusing to new customers and they think they are getting ripped off by Tesksavvy. |
