So, I've had Windstream for about 3 months now. The first month was decent where I was hitting 4-5 mbps download speeds through speedtest.net
Now, for the past two months I'm getting nothing but 500-800k per second in download speeds... when I'm lucky.
I've contacted Customer service multiple times and they've said they've seen latency issues for over a month. Then said there is nothing they can do.
Now, paying $60 a month for internet service under 1mbps that claimed blazing fast internet speed is unacceptable. Customer service is doing nothing for me. I should be paying $10 a month at this rate. I have requested a credit, but what I want is reliable internet. This was unacceptable speed over 10 years ago.
